Does Rockcha offer a gifting service?
Coming soon... we are working on developing a better system for gifting. For now you can purchase anything from our website and have them delivered directly to anyone. We are more than welcome to hand write anything you want at no extra charge, but please do email us the content.
Does Rockcha have any retail location?
Not yet, it is a goal for us in the future. For now, you can shop 24/7 - 365 from our online shop.

Where can I find the list of ingredients and allergens?
Ingredients are listed on every Product Page and also on the Tea Boxes.Are your teas gluten-free?
Our teas do not contain gluten, however, as all the tea is hand processed, they are not produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities. Please check the ingredient and allergen list carefully.Do your teas contain any sugar, flavoring or additives?
We sourced everything ourselves, all quality tea products from Rockcha is 100% authentic natural ingredients, There is no added sugar nor any artificial sweeteners. We promised that.
Are all your teas organic?
All of our teas are naturally grown and harvested, produced by small-batch farmers in China, however, farmers never considered getting an organic qualification for the teas.
Does tea expire?
Tea is mostly recommended to be consumed within 3 years, due to the quality of the tea will decline over time based on the humidity and storage factors.
CAFFEINE
How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?
Caffeine varies from tea to tea, we recommend consuming no more than 16g(2units of our packaged tea) per day. However, keep in mind that the actual caffeine content also affected by water temperature and brewing time and other factors.
STEEPING
How long do I need to steep my tea for?
There is product info and steeping instruction comes with your tea box also the product page has contained steeping instruction as well.
Can I brew loose leaf tea?
For steeping instructions, please visit the specific tea product page that you have purchased for steeping instructions.
How do I make the perfect cup of tea?
To perfect the Chinese way of making tea, specific tea-ware is recommended, however, if you do not have it yet, you may be interested to join our Lifetime VIP that contains a brew kit valued at $70 USD and a bunch more benefits and discounts.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our hands and is picked up by a shipping carrier. This email will include a tracking link – click on that to check the status.
If your order tracking has not changed in 7-10 days this can happen due to customs factors, if your order is delayed, at Rockcha we will offer discounts on your next purchase.
How do I return something?

Can I exchange an order?
We will gladly help you exchange unused product within 30 days of your order. Please contact us with your request.
I received a damaged or incomplete order, will you fix that?
Of course! Rockcha will always make sure you have a satisfied experience. We replace a lost, stolen, or damaged order. Please check out our Shipping & Returns page for more about this option.
If you've received an incomplete order, that mostly due to oversized packaging isn't allowed sometimes. If your purchase is over 10 or more, we will send in several smaller batches.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
If you receive a refund back to your credit card, debit card, PayPal, you should see the refund within 10 business days of it being processed. Please note that this may take longer depending on your financial institution.What payment types do you accept?
We currently have Stripe payment and PayPal ready. We do not accept bank transfer or pay on receive.
